The General Terms and Conditions of Bound Studios apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements, and deliveries made by Bound Studios.

By using the website www.bound-studios.com and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

ONLINE ORDERS

The agreement becomes binding at the time you place an order. Bound Studios will process the order once payment has been received. Until that point, Bound Studios remains the owner of the products.

Upon processing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your payment has been accepted, along with an email detailing your order and another with your tracking information.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you purchase Bound Studios items in a store, the products remain the property of that store. For complaints within the warranty period, please contact the relevant store. Proof of purchase is required for any claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If we haven't processed your order yet, you can cancel all or part of your order in 48h.

Once your order has been packed and shipped OR started production on your solid gold order, cancellation or redirection is not possible. You can return it once received. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Although we strive for accuracy, our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, even after you have submitted your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer most secure payment options: iDeal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Ideal, PayPal, and Klarna.

All prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs. Credit card details are securely transmitted to the payment provider and are not stored by us. For Visa and Mastercard transactions, additional protection is provided through verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

Orders containing in stock items will be shipped within 24 hours on business days via PostNL or DHL with tracking information. Made to order jewelry takes around 4 to 8 weeks.

International deliveries are handled by PostNL, requiring a signature upon receipt.

Shipping Rates:
- Netherlands: €3 (1-2 business days)
- Netherlands Express: €15 (same day - 1 day)
- Germany: €3 (1-2 business days)
- Germany Express: €25 (1-2 business days)
- Europe: €5 (approx. 3-8 business days)
- Europe Express: €25 (approx. 1-2 business days)
- Greece, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Cyprus, Sweden & Switzerland: €15 (standard), €30 (express)
- Worldwide: €25 (approx. 12-20 business days)
- Worldwide Express: €40 (approx. 2-3 business days)

If you enter an incorrect delivery address or miss a delivery, it is your responsibility to contact the courier.

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, once shipped, we cannot redirect your order. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

GUARANTEE

Bound Studios offers a 2-year guarantee on product quality after delivery. If you have concerns about the quality of your product, please email us at info@bound-studios.com with photos of the items.

This warranty applies exclusively to products manufactured by Bound Studios and purchased through authorized channels.

Examples of manufacturing defects covered include:
- Porosity, surface pores, or blemishes in the metal
- Uneven settings
- Chips, scratches, or nicks in stones at the time of purchase
- Broken items within 6 months of wear

We will propose a suitable resolution, including repair, replacement, or store credit. Repairs or replacements may take up to 22 business days. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after verification.

Common wear and tear not covered includes:
- Lost items
- Discoloration due to chemicals, oils, or swimming
- Damage from “hands-on” activities, leading to lost stones
- Bent or worn prongs causing loss of stones
- Broken earring posts, chains, bracelet links, or clasps after 6 months of wear

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return items and a 2-year warranty.

If you are not satisfied after trying on your items, you can return any unused products.

Please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Send an email with your order number and bank account details.

Always keep the tracking code until we have processed your return.

The cost and responsibility of return shipping fall to the customer.

Returned items must be:
- In an undamaged state
- Not worn or used
- In the original packaging

Bound Studios reserves the right to refuse returned items if they are worn or used.

Lost orders cannot be refunded.

Sales or orders with coupon codes exceeding 30% off cannot be refunded.

Items must be sent back in new condition within 30 days of receipt.

If you encounter a manufacturing defect or receive an incorrect item, please email us at info@bound-studios.com. We will either repair or replace the item or provide store credit.

COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photos and images used by Bound Studios are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights. Reproduction, copying, or modifying any images owned by Bound Studios without written permission is prohibited.

Using or modifying any registered or unregistered logos and designs owned by Bound Studios is strictly forbidden, as is any action that infringes on our intellectual property rights.

All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated by Bound Studios and become effective on 10-10-2024.
