Confidence is something that has such a powerful impact on our lives, we want to share some tools that helped us a lot.

Confidence didn't come easy for us here at Bound. But after working hard towards inner peace and cultivating unconditional love, we want everyone to feel the same. Confidence is an essential aspect of our lives. It allows us to take risks, pursue our dreams, and face challenges with courage and faith. Unfortunately, many of us struggle with confidence and often find ourselves feeling insecure, hesitant and uncertain. This can be caused by unaligned childhood patterns, overuse of social media and therefor overly comparing ourselves with other peoples highlights in our mind, not having a confident roll model and therefor simply not knowing how or any form of trauma can result to feeling more insecure / less bold / confident. 

Fortunately, there are ways to build confidence using spiritual practices and by being kind to others. Here are some ways to incorporate these practices into your life:

  1. Meditation: Yup. Surprise its meditation. It is a powerful spiritual practice that can help you build confidence by helping you develop inner peace and clarity. When you meditate, you quiet your mind and focus on the present moment / focus on yourself, which can help you develop a sense of calm and self-assurance.
  2. Affirmations: Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself to boost your confidence and self-esteem. You can write your affirmations down or say them out loud to yourself every day.

  7. Taking yourself out for dinner can be a great way to boost your confidence.
